- We are not responsible for data loss during repairs - customers should back up their devices
- Unclaimed devices will be held for 30 days before disposal
- Warranty on repairs covers only the specific issue addressed

- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method
- Opened software and consumables cannot be returned

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Matara District.
